The challenge:

Our team installed aluminum balcony windows and doors with laminated triplex glass, achieving the goal of creating a safe space. We opted for a French railing made of laminated tempered glass measuring 2.72 × 1.2 meters. For this, we selected an aluminum system capable of supporting the glass weight (170 kg per railing), ensuring maximum safety and allowing light to pass inside.

We carried out all the necessary technical calculations and designed a large, safe, and sturdy French railing. Additionally, we identified a manufacturer in Germany who was able to fulfill this custom order.

French railings typically have standard dimensions of 900 mm × 1800 mm. In this case, we designed a structure with non-standard dimensions of 2720 × 1200 mm and a weight of 170 kg, composed of two glass layers and two interlayers. Specialized equipment was required for installation.

Result:
We created a functional and reliable solution for the residence by designing a custom French railing that provided a safe space and allowed maximum natural light to pass through. Thanks to our comprehensive approach, the project was completed within the established timeframe.
