The challenge:
Our goal was to install fire-resistant doors and windows that maintain their functionality during emergency situations and meet acoustic insulation and energy efficiency requirements.
We installed fire-resistant doors made of aluminum profiles, capable of operating for 30 to 60 minutes under extreme conditions. The windows, also aluminum with laminated triplex glass, were sealed with Blaugelb materials, providing optimal energy efficiency and 42 dB acoustic insulation.
The greatest difficulty was installing the doors and windows due to the lack of direct access to the interior spaces. The team used specialized machinery and built a specific structure to facilitate the installation.
Result:
We successfully completed the installation of fire-resistant doors and windows, ensuring their functionality for 30 to 60 minutes during emergency situations, as well as a high level of acoustic insulation and energy efficiency. The project was completed on time, fully meeting the client's requirements and achieving excellent results.
