The challenge:
The main difficulty was installing large windows—almost 6 by 3 meters, with a mounting depth of 200 mm and a weight exceeding 1200 kg. Due to the lack of direct access to the interior, the team used specialized machinery and built a specific structure for the installation.
Our task was to preserve the authenticity of the villa’s architectural heritage while integrating modern solutions to ensure energy efficiency and acoustic insulation, as well as offering an exclusive design.
We selected oak windows with laminated triplex glass and Blaugelb mounting materials, achieving optimal energy efficiency and 42 dB acoustic insulation. The windows feature a two-tone design: white on the exterior and painted in RAL Burnt Orange on the interior.
Unique Aspect of the Solution:
The two-tone windows have a white exterior and an interior painted according to the client’s specifications. We prepared five samples to find the perfect paint shade for the frames, achieving an ideal combination that seamlessly integrated into the interior design.
Result:
We preserved the authentic appearance of the villa, ensuring a high level of acoustic insulation and energy efficiency. Our window design perfectly adapted to the interior, and thanks to coordinated work, the project was completed on time.
SSE once again demonstrated its ability to tackle the most complex challenges and provide turnkey solutions that not only meet but exceed the client’s requirements.
