Project concept and villa architecture

This project was carried out in a private villa located near Marbella, one of the most prestigious residential areas on the Costa del Sol. The property combines classic Mediterranean architecture with contemporary elements, so the main objective of the project was to integrate new glazing systems that would preserve the elegant style of the villa while significantly improving interior comfort, energy efficiency, and acoustic insulation. From the very beginning, the concept focused on maintaining the clean aesthetic of the traditional white façade while incorporating dark profiles that create a modern and sophisticated contrast.

The villa features large openings, covered terraces, and a strong visual connection between the interior and the outdoor areas around the pool and garden. For this reason, the installed systems had to function not only as windows, but as an architectural element capable of reinforcing the premium perception of the entire property. The project was developed taking into account both the warm climate of Marbella and the need to maintain thermal stability and comfort throughout the year.

Installed systems and technical solutions

The villa was fitted with VEKA PVC systems in a double-sided anthracite finish. The choice of this type of profile made it possible to combine high thermal performance with a modern aesthetic perfectly integrated into the architecture of the house. One of the most important elements of the project was the use of energy-efficient triple-glazed units. The systems incorporate three panes of glass designed to reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency, and increase insulation against external noise. In addition to thermal performance, special attention was paid to the acoustic insulation of the interior space.
